How it works

The mechanics, plainly

No funnel talk. Here is exactly what exists, who owns what, and how a lead travels from a Google search to your phone.

Tradesman measuring up materials on a residential job

1. We build a local site at our own cost

Each site targets one trade in one town: the services people actually search for, written for that market, hosted fast, measured properly. We pay for the build, the content, the hosting and the months of work it takes to rank. You are not involved yet, and you owe nothing for any of this, ever.

2. The site earns its position

A site enters our rentable inventory only once it ranks for real searches and produces real enquiries. Until then it costs us money and earns nobody anything. This is the part every SEO agency charges you a retainer for; here it happens before you're asked to pay a dollar.

3. You rent it, and the routing flips to you

When you take a market, the site's phone number forwards to yours and its enquiry forms deliver to you. From that moment every lead the site generates is yours exclusively. We don't grade leads, ration them or share them. There is no "premium tier" that unlocks exclusivity: one renter per market is the only way we operate.

  • Calls ring straight through to the number you give us.
  • Form enquiries arrive with the customer's name, number, suburb and job.
  • Everything is logged in your dashboard as it happens.

4. The customer is yours, entirely

You answer as your own business. You quote your prices, do the work under your own name, licences and insurance, and invoice the customer directly. We take no commission on the job and we never contact your customers. We rent you a source of enquiries, not a marketplace sitting between you and the work.

5. You pay one flat monthly rent

Quoted before you commit, fixed once agreed, and never per-lead. The rent reflects the market and what the site actually produces, and you will see the production numbers on the dashboard before deciding. More detail on the pricing page.

6. You stay while it earns, leave when it doesn't

Month to month. If the enquiries stop covering the rent, you stop paying it, and the problem of fixing the site is ours because the site is ours. That is the whole point of renting the result instead of funding the attempt.

Tradesman in hi-vis answering a customer call The whole job description: pick up.

What we ask of you

Only one thing that matters: answer the phone. An exclusive lead channel is wasted on a business that can't take the calls, and it makes both of us look bad. If you're booked out, tell us and we pause the arrangement rather than burn the enquiries.

Fifteen minutes. Real numbers on the screen.

Book a call, tell us your trade and your patch, and we'll show you exactly what we have and what it's doing. If it's not a fit, you've lost a coffee break.
