One flat rent, quoted before you commit

How the rent is set

Each site is priced on its own production: what the market is, what the enquiries in it are worth, and what the dashboard shows the site actually generating. On the first call we show you those live numbers and quote the rent against them, so you're pricing a thing you can see, not a promise.

Once agreed, the rent is fixed. It doesn't creep because the site had a good month, and we don't renegotiate mid-year. A rent review only happens if you and we agree the market itself has changed, and you can always answer a review by simply not renewing: it's month to month.

What you will never pay

• No build or setup fee. The asset exists before you arrive.
• No per-lead pricing. Counting leads for billing gives the counter a reason to be generous. A flat rent removes that incentive entirely.
• No commission on jobs. Your quote, your invoice, your margin.
• No exit fee, no notice-period trap. Cancel at month's end, done.

Why we don't publish a rate card

Because a single number would be wrong in both directions. A market where the average job is worth several thousand dollars and a market where it's a few hundred can't rent for the same figure without one side being fleeced. The honest version is the one we do: show you the site's real production, name the rent, and let you do the arithmetic below before you say yes.
