Using this website

The content on this site is general information about our lead rental service, not a contractual offer. Markets described as available can be taken by the time you enquire; we'll always tell you the current state on the call rather than let a page speak for us.

The rental arrangement, in plain English

The specific terms of any rental are agreed directly between you and us in writing before it starts. The standing shape of every deal we offer:

• A flat monthly rent, quoted before commitment and fixed once agreed.
• Exclusivity: one renter per trade per town while the arrangement runs.
• Month-to-month duration. Either side may end it at the end of a month.
• You contract with your customers directly; we are not a party to your jobs, quotes or invoices, and you hold the licences and insurance your trade requires.
• The websites, their content and their rankings remain our property throughout.

No guarantees of volume

Lead volumes vary with seasons and markets, and anyone who guarantees you a fixed number is lying to you. What we commit to instead: every enquiry the rented asset produces goes to you alone, and the full log is visible to you at all times.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability in connection with this website or a rental arrangement is limited to the rent paid for the month in which the issue arose. Nothing here excludes rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
