What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form on this site we collect what you type: typically your trade, your town, and a contact phone number. When you call a number we operate, standard call metadata (your number, the time, call duration) is logged by our call routing so we can return missed calls and keep an honest record of enquiries.

What it's used for

One thing: responding to your enquiry about renting a lead channel, and running that arrangement if you become a renter. Enquiries are stored in our own lead dashboard, hosted with our infrastructure providers, and are accessible only to the people operating BookedLocal.

What we never do

• We don't sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
• We don't add you to automated email sequences.
• We don't buy data about you to enrich what you gave us.

Analytics

This site does not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. If we count visits at all, it's with privacy-respecting analytics under our own account, used only to see which pages get read.

Access and removal

Ask us what we hold about you and we'll tell you; ask us to delete it and we will, subject to records we're required to keep for accounting. Use the contact page for either.
